New Year’s Resolutions

New Year’s is the most popular time when people make promises to themselves to exercise more and get into better shape. We start off the New Year with good intentions. We feel optimistic and hopeful. But, within a few weeks, our intentions and determination fizzle out.’

It’s hard enough to make changes in our life and accomplish what we desire…. but if our goals are unrealistic then we start off at a disadvantage and it’s easy to get discouraged and give up. As the old saying goes….if we start off on the wrong foot we end up on the wrong foot. Statistics show that over 60% of Americans make New Year’s resolutions and only 8% are successful in achieving their resolutions.
